SMS and Text Messaging Terms

Program description

Waheed Zen LLC operates SMS programs for two purposes:

1. Customer care and account messages to people who contact us or become clients: appointment confirmations, project updates, support replies, and billing notices.
2. Client notifications to businesses that have contracted with us, including enquiry and campaign alerts.

How you opt in

You will only receive text messages from us if you:

• Ticked the separate, unchecked SMS consent box on a form on waheedzen.com, or
• Provided your number and gave written consent in a signed service agreement, or
• Texted us first, or
• Replied START to a message from us

SMS consent is collected separately from any other consent. Agreeing to our Privacy Policy does not opt you into text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and account. Most recipients receive fewer than 10 messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. We do not charge you for messages.

Sample messages

"Waheed Zen: Hi [Name], confirming your strategy call on [date] at [time] ET. Reply STOP to opt out."

"Waheed Zen: New enquiry for [Business Name]: [Name], [Phone], [Service]. Reply STOP to opt out."

"Waheed Zen: Your invoice [number] for [amount] is due [date]. View: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out."

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop all future messages. You will receive one confirmation message and then no more. You may also email support@waheedzen.com or call +1 (716) 356-9694.

Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Waheed Zen LLC does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Numbers are used only to deliver the messages described above. See our Privacy Policy.
